Kim Goodyear, Vice-Chairman
As vice chairman of Worrell Water Technologies, Kim Goodyear is responsible for the company’s daily operations as well as for day-to-day operations of other companies under the Dharma Group umbrella. Goodyear reports directly to Chairman Tom Worrell and serves as his right hand, overseeing a variety of functions including staffing, financial operations, real estate acquisitions and legal affairs.
Charged with putting Worrell’s vision into action, Goodyear works directly with contractors and attorneys representing the firm and serves as a liaison with business partners. A licensed building contractor in New Mexico, Goodyear also has oversight of the company’s construction and historic property renovation projects. She sees her most important role with the company as being able to ensure that the right people are in the right jobs, whether they’re employees or contractors.
Prior to joining the company in 1995, Goodyear honed her strong organizational skills while working in a series of positions, including serving as risk manager for Worrell Publications. She has also worked in the insurance and telecommunications industries.
Goodyear has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University and is a graduate of executive programs at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
Robert Cooke, MBA, President
Rob Cooke is a seasoned executive with 20 years in technology-development industries and executive management. He began his career in the financial management training program at General Electric and subsequently rose to vice president then president and general manager of wholly-owned subsidiary Computer Dynamics, a $50-million business. He transitioned to the development of sustainable technologies as chief operating officer and chief financial officer of McDonough Braungart Design Chemistry (MBDC), a global sustainability consulting and product-certification firm. Rob has led the development of three sustainable water technologies at Worrell Water Technologies since 2007.
Will Kirksey, PE, MS, Senior Vice President
Will Kirksey is an environmental engineering industry veteran with more than 30 years of engineering and management experience at public and private entities. Some previous employers include Battelle, SAIC, the Civil Engineering Research Foundation and the Florida Governor’s Office. He has field experience in Africa, Canada, Central America, China, Europe, India, Pakistan and the Pacific Rim. Will has a Master of Science in Environmental Systems Design from Southern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.
Adriana Anderson, Creative Director
As Creative Director, Adriana oversees all marketing, PR, communications and special events for Worrell Water Technologies, including Living Machine® Systems, HydroSecure® and Curoxin®. Her previous professional experience ranges from translation and writing to artistic direction and event management, from multinational corporations to non-profits. After graduating from the University of Virginia, she spent nearly a decade in Paris, where she specialized in writing, singing and voice acting for video games. After returning to Charlottesville, she continued to work within the industry as a writer and online marketing manager, before focusing her energies on environmental causes.
Parker Goodyear, Solutions Specialist
Parker Goodyear has been involved in different aspects of Worrell Water Technologies and its sister companies for more than fifteen years. His early hands-on experience as a landscaper - planting and maintaining the gardens at the El Monte Sagrado eco-resort - helped him develop a clear affinity for the natural world and a desire for sustainability. After receiving a BA in Environmental Sociology and Sustainable Development from the University of Oregon, he returned to WWT full time. He has built the company’s social media presence from the ground up, while coordinating special events and trade shows and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
